Voyagely will cover the applicable return shipping costs whenever appropriate.

If the return is requested for personal reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Changed mind
  • Ordered by mistake
  • No longer needed
  • Preference change

the customer may be responsible for return shipping expenses.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.


6. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing times generally range between 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, or handling charges may not be refundable unless the return resulted from our error.

We currently offer exchanges for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
